NOW, I want to give a special thanks to Joe the pool installer and his crew. Joe did an especially … More great job installing our pool. With the weather causing several delays he got to us as soon as he could. Joe was so very nice and polite and courteous. I think he went above and beyond the average installation. Our previous pool install was in 2015. It was our first pool and I had no idea how things should have been done. Based on this current install that Joe did I can see that the first installers did a crappy job especially with the plumbing of the system. Kudos to Joe. You did a great job!!

Bought the new liner for my above ground pool from crown pools - they were helpful and knowledgable in getting me what I needed. And they referred me to Marcos Coronado for installation. Marcos and his team were great! Everything was priced … More reasonably and it all was done in two days. Other companies had declined the work because i have a deck around one side of the pool but that was no issue with these guys. Everyone was helpful and very professional! My pool looks great again!!

It is hard to find honest sales folks these days and Crown Pools is a place you can find them.
I installed the pool myself over a weekend and on Sunday we found that 2 support pieces were missing from the sealed box. This was not a fault of Crown Pools as these pieces were missing from the factory. I contacted Kyle and he immediately started finding the parts at other stores and got them to me early the next morning. This helped save me money by not having to extend my equipment rental. Crown Pools really cares about their customers especially after the sale.
If you are in the market for a new pool or need to maintain your current pool, I highly recommend Crown Pools in Allen, TX. -
