I had purchased a new pump from Amazon, but once I started installing it found that the old connectors and several hoses would no longer work. Leslie Pools in Allen doesn’t carry what I needed so they referred me to Crown Pools who had exactly what I needed and they were very helpful. It’s now all hooked up and working properly.

  They are always honest and only offer what I am needing for my pool, without the added pressure like I felt from other pool stores.
  I have been shopping at the Allen store for 5 years now, and I will not buy pool chemicals from anywhere else. A++

  New small pool owner and I had no idea how to add chemicals and keep the water right. I walked into crown pools, and the two young people behind the counter could not have been more helpful. Told me exactly how much of what chemical to put in to maintain the water. With their help, my pool water is
  sparkling clean. They tested my water and knew exactly what I needed. Write down to the amount of chemical.
