  New small pool owner and I had no idea how to add chemicals and keep the water right. I walked into crown pools, and the two young people behind the counter could not have been more helpful. Told me exactly how much of what chemical to put in to maintain the water. With their help, my pool water is
  sparkling clean. They tested my water and knew exactly what I needed. Write down to the amount of chemical.

  I want to say Thank You to Kate for the awesome job she did. It was a pleasure working with her on getting our above ground pool replaced. NOW, I want to give a special thanks to Joe the pool installer and his crew. Joe did an especially great job installing our pool. With the weather causing several delays he got to us as soon as he could. Joe was so very nice and polite and courteous. I think he went above and beyond the average installation. Our previous pool install was in 2015. It was our first pool and I had no idea how things should have been done. Based on this current install that Joe did I can see that the first installers did a crappy job especially with the plumbing of the system. Kudos to Joe. You did a great job!!
