Crown Pools Returns Policy

At Crown Pools, we want you to feel confident about every purchase you make in our stores. If you are not fully satisfied with an item purchased at any Crown Pools retail location, please review our return guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges for In-Store Purchases

We accept returns or exchanges on most unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To process a return or exchange, please bring:

• The product in its original condition
• The original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used pool chemicals
• Liquid products that have been opened
• Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or installation
• Clearance or closeout merchandise marked Final Sale

These restrictions help ensure the safety and integrity of our chemical inventory and product quality.

Defective or Damaged Products

If an item you purchased is defective or not working properly, please bring it to any Crown Pools store with your receipt.

Our team will:

• Inspect the product
• Confirm the issue

Offer one of the following, depending on the manufacturer’s policies:

• Replacement
• Exchange

Warranty assistance

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. We are happy to help guide you through the warranty process when applicable.

Pool Equipment & Higher-Value Items

Certain equipment—such as cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic pool equipment—may be subject to manufacturer-specific policies.

When applicable:

• Equipment must be returned unused
• Installed or used equipment may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty rather than our general return policy
